这是一部具有喜剧色彩的励志电影，故事发生在一个夏末秋初的时节，徐楠作为一个厨师却有着与自己所从事的一切格格不入的梦想，想要自己做导演并拍摄一部属于自己的动作电影，然而现实往往很残酷，在经历过梦想被嘲笑，失恋后的痛苦，积蓄被骗光等等的挫折之后，在一众朋友的帮助下，最终把电影搬到了现实的舞台。。Gloria wakes up one morning in her attic with yet another boyfriend at her side, Fuffi. Unfortunately Fuffi is not called Fuffi, but Franco and is the husband of his best friend, Marta. Upon finding out, Marta threatens to leave home unless Franco in turn agrees to be betrayed.
